1 General Terms

fd444 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games and sports betting services to users ("you", "member"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and fd444 governing your use of the platform.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

The fd444 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must deposit at least ৳500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). No funds from the bonus can be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• fd444 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period, otherwise they will be forfeited.
• If any member abuses the bonus system, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

4.4 VIP Program

fd444 operates four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Weekly cashback benefits apply by tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Placement Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet remains incomplete due to an internet connection issue, the result recorded in the system will be considered final.

5.2 Errors and Technical Issues

fd444 reserves the right to correct odds or payouts that were displayed incorrectly due to a software or server error. fd444 is not obligated to pay out winnings from bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other international cricket matches. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, settlement will be made in accordance with fd444's own rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fd444 platform:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Using fraudulent payment information or initiating chargebacks.
• Colluding with others to bet against other members.
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
